Refund Policy
At PrizeRush.co.uk LTD ("the Company"), we are committed to providing a fair and transparent experience for all participants. By entering any of our competitions, you agree to the following refund policy:
General Policy
All entries into our competitions are final and non-refundable, except where explicitly stated below. It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure they meet all eligibility requirements and enter competitions before the stated closing date and time.
Refund Exceptions
Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:
- Late Entries: If an entry is made after the published closing date and time of a competition, it will be automatically invalidated and a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
- Competition Cancellation: If a competition is cancelled by PrizeRush.co.uk LTD for any reason before the draw or conclusion, all participants will receive a full refund for any entries purchased into that competition.
No Other Grounds for Refunds
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchasing entries
- Disagreement with competition outcome
- Inability to attend or receive the prize
- Failure to win a prize
