How do I enter a PrizeRush competition?
Choose the competition you want to enter, select the number of entries you would like, add them to your basket and complete checkout.
Once payment has been successfully completed, your entries will be allocated to your account.
Do I need to answer a competition question?
Unless a particular competition page says otherwise, PrizeRush competitions do not require a competition question.
A free entry route is available on applicable competitions.
When do competitions close and draws take place?
Every competition has its own clearly displayed closing and draw times.
Our scheduled Auto Draw competitions normally close at 9:00pm and are drawn at 9:15pm on the advertised draw date.
How are winners selected?
Scheduled Auto Draw winners are selected randomly through our RaffleX draw system.
PrizeRush uses TrueNorth for provably fair automated draws, providing a verifiable randomness record for supported draws.
Can I enter a competition for free?
Yes. Eligible PrizeRush competitions include a free entry route.
Open the competition and select the Free Entry tab to see the full instructions that apply to that competition.
Can I make more than one free entry?
Where multiple paid entries are permitted, multiple valid free entries are also permitted, subject to the Free Entry instructions and Competition Terms & Conditions.
When does my postal entry need to arrive?
Postal entries must be received before the closing date and time shown on the relevant competition page.
Full postal entry requirements are shown in the Free Entry tab on each applicable competition.
How will I know if I've won?
We will contact winners using the details registered to their PrizeRush account.
Please make sure your account information remains accurate and up to date.
Can I choose cash instead of the advertised prize?
Where a cash alternative is offered, the fixed amount will be clearly shown on the competition page.
The winner can then choose between the advertised prize and the stated cash alternative.
How are cash prizes paid?
Cash prizes are normally paid by bank transfer.
Winners may be asked to confirm their identity, eligibility and payout details before payment is released.
Do I have to pay to receive a prize?
No. PrizeRush does not charge winners a fee to claim an advertised prize.
Who can create a PrizeRush account?
PrizeRush is for eligible UK residents aged 18 or over.
Where do I add my bank details for a payout?
Log in and go to My Account → Payouts to add or update your payout details.
How does Refer a Friend work?
Share your unique PrizeRush referral link with a genuine new customer.
Once they complete qualifying purchases totalling £20, they can receive £5 PrizeRush credit and you can receive £10 PrizeRush credit, subject to the Referral Programme Terms.
